We are pleased to offer shipping at a reasonable price to anywhere in the U.S.! Order all you want--shipping will never be more than $9.95 per order! How can we do this? Because we are awesome, and we hate paying a lot for shipping ourselves. We'd rather make a living selling fabulous handmade bath products than gouging you on shipping!

Shipping Schedule: We ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage on Mondays - Thursdays. Sometimes we can ship out on Fridays, unless we are catching up or making more stock. Most orders are filled and shipped within two business days.  We will make every effort to fill and ship the same day on Thursdays. If we have a slow weekend, you might find us shipping on Saturday or Sunday!

Local Pick Up: For those of you who are fortunate enough to live in or near beautiful Coeur d'Alene, ID, we are pleased to offer the option to pick up your order at our location there. During checkout, you will be asked to enter a shipping address. In the following window, please check the option for local pickup. No shipping charge for you! Once you receive notification that your order is completed, feel free to do a porch pick up at your convenience. Look for a pick up box on the porch at 2056 E Berrywood Street, Coeur d'Alene.  Payment Methods: Please note: though we offer local pickup, unfortunately we cannot accommodate cash sales. If you prefer not to use credit cards online, we encourage you to look in to using PayPal instead.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Hooray! We are now able to offer door-to-door tracked shipping to over 50 countries, listed on the chart below. With reasonable flat rates provided by our shipper, you can now order all you want, and expect delivery between 1-4 weeks depending on location! Our software will calculate your shipping rate based on weight and destination. If the country you're shipping to doesn't support full tracking, the tracking updates will stop once it's handed to the foreign postal service at the border. Just Like Jane is not responsible for delays, damage, or failure to deliver in any country not providing door-to-door tracking.

RETURNS:
We hope you'll never have a reason to return JustLikeJane products! But rest assured that you may return new, resellable items (unsampled, with intact packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original product price. If you receive damaged or incorrect product, please let us know; we will replace or refund as needed.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you'll receive a refund more quickly. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and bank processing of our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
